The Cleveland SGL40T1NG Power Pan™ tilting skillet’s dual-power design has settings for operation at 90,000 BTU and 125,000 BTU. Its accurate controls adjust the temperature between 100 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat is generated by natural gas. It has a non-stick, bead-blasted stainless steel cooking surface that enables the heat to be uniformly spread. Since the unit has a stainless steel and mild steel bottom, it holds up against regular damage from commercial settings. Graduations in both gallons and liters make it simple to measure products. The skillet holds up to 40 gallons and can be emptied easily with its manual tilting mechanism.

The Cleveland SGL40T1NG Power Pan tilting skillet has splash-resistant controls to keep spilled products from damaging them. Tilt cooking can be performed at angles up to 10 degrees.
