At Equipify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Used or installed equipment
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Certain hygiene-related or personal-use items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos as proof
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within a short time after placing them. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Important Notes for Equipment
For coffee machines and restaurant equipment:
- Items must not be installed or used to qualify for a return
- Professional equipment may be subject to inspection before approval
- Any signs of usage may result in partial refunds or rejection
