The Southbend EZ24-5 EZ Steam convection steamer is boilerless, requiring no plumbing connection for simple installation. This means users must manually fill and empty the reservoir. A light indicates when the water level is low, informing users when to refill it.
As many as five sheet pans can be held in the Southbend EZ24-5 convection oven simultaneously. Users can set the cook cycle time with the electromechanical knob, which has a limit of 60 minutes. The interior and exterior of the steamer are made of durable stainless steel that resists corrosion and denting. This unit is elevated above countertops by 4-inch-tall legs, which can be adjusted.
