Plain tap water is converted into super-heated dry steam that contains little water vapor and removes guesswork by consistently creating steam. This steam fully permeates food on all sides to maintain the original colors, flavors, textures, and nutrients of the food, while enhancing both the flavor and visual elements of product. The unit is equipped with a self-contained water tank.

Steam is delivered to the food from all directions using the food warmer’s open-compartment design. Its capacity holds two-third size pans, and its steam pulse is fully adjustable.
