The Gaggia 19ACC17 milk cooler is designed to be used by coffee baristas behind the counter to keep the milk they are using for coffee drinks and lattes at a temperature safe for consumption. The cooler measures 9 inches wide, 19 inches deep, and 14 inches high, and it sports a compact design that allows the cooler to be stored within reach of the barista when preparing lattes to ensure production doesn’t slow down. It’s a front-loading unit with a polished steel door. The sides of the cooler are covered in a simple black finish, and it features three tube holes on the top and both sides. To maintain the freshness of contained milk, the cooler uses compressor cooling.
