The Hatco GRHD-4PD Glo-Ray® heated display case showcases cooked food while keeping it warm and ready to serve. Because its two shelves are controlled independently, various products can be stored simultaneously on different levels, and each shelf can hold four full-size pans. Shatter-resistant lights shine on displayed products, increasing visibility and enhancing the presentation. Glass front and side panels ensure customers can see items, while the sliding rear doors provide access for staff members.

To maintain an appetizing taste and appearance, products displayed in the Hatco GRHD-4PD heated countertop display case are heated from two directions, providing an effective heating pattern that holds food at optimal temperatures. Heat is generated from above by a metal-sheathed element that directs heat towards the holding area’s outer edges to compensate for heat loss, while warmth from below is provided by a thermostatically controlled base. Its construction keeps the base’s exterior cool to the touch, protecting operators and the countertop surface below. Because the unit is made of stainless steel and aluminum, it resists corrosion and provides strength to support heavy use. Adjustable legs elevate the case off the countertop so users can clean underneath it.
