The Cambro TC1418401 tray and silverware cart is equipped with eight top compartments to accommodate flatware, napkins, and condiments. It includes four third-size GN and four sixth-size food pans that measure 4 inches deep, and with an open bottom, it can hold between 180 and 200 trays measuring 14 by 18 inches. This unit supports a maximum of 500 pounds. Made of durable polyethylene, the tray won’t rust, peel, crack, or dent and is insulated with polyurethane to provide structural strength. Positioned on 6-inch casters, the cart can be comfortably transported as needed.
