Hatco FSDT-2 22 21/50″ Rotating Heated Pizza Merchandiser w/ 4 Levels, 120v

The Hatco FSDT-2 1201 Falv-R-Savor® display cabinet has a four-tier pan rack on a motor, allowing it to turn 360 degrees so food can be seen from all angles. The tempered glass doors and sides are transparent so customers can easily see food options, and the two large access doors are field reversible for convenience. This unit sits on the countertop and holds pizzas, fried foods, bakery items, and more; it fits a pizza pan as large as 19 inches in diameter.

Uneven hot spots are prevented with the Hatco FSDT-2 1201 Falv-R-Savor® display cabinet’s recovery heating system and temperature control. The 3⁄4-gallon stainless steel water reservoir keeps food moist, while the low water protection alerts users if the water is low and prevents the heating element from burning out. The display cabinet has a front-mounted water cup for quick refilling, while draining and cleaning are simplified with the inside-mounted drain tube.
