Cambro TC1418192 Tray & Silver Cart – Pans/Cover, Granite Green

While condiments, napkins, and flatware can be stored in the Cambro TC1418192 tray and silverware cart’s eight built-in top compartments, the unit’s open case accommodates as many as 200 trays stacked in two columns. This 32 3⁄8/sub>-inch-wide by 21 1⁄4-inch-deep by 45 1⁄2-inch-high unit can be stored near a buffet station to streamline self-serve operations. Four sixth-size food pans and four third-size food pans are included with this cart so utensils are stored properly in the integrated compartments, and the included vinyl cover can be placed atop the unit in storage to protect clean flatware and trays from contaminants. To withstand heavy use and preserve its granite green appearance, this cart’s polyethylene construction resists rusting, cracking, denting, and peeling. For smooth maneuvering, it’s fitted with four 6-inch casters, two of which have brakes to secure the unit in place when it’s not in use.
