Equipped to clean 24 racks of dishes per hour, the Hobart CUL-1 Centerline undercounter dishwasher works well in high-traffic kitchens. It includes two dishracks, one of which is a peg, and the other is a combination. For each rack, 0.84 gallons of water is used, and its chemical-sanitizing process ensures dishware is properly cleaned. Users can choose from two cycles, including a 2-minute cycle and an extended cycle. This dishwasher has a soft start to prevent dish damage, and it uses an automatic pumped drain and fill to reduce operator requirements. Water is heated with an electric tank for quick recovery.

The Hobart CUL-1 Centerline commercial dishwasher features an interactive LED temperature display, which also provides feedback about service diagnostics and error notifications. On the display, users can receive a delime notification and choose a delime cycle for preventive maintenance. Inside the dishmachine, snap-in revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms have a low-profile structure to prevent interference with dishes. For general maintenance, users can remove the three-part stainless steel scrap screen to prevent residue buildup on the machine and on dishes by opening the 14.46-inch door opening. Built to fit beneath a counter, it is 22.69 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 32.83 inches high.
