Cleveland 24CGA10 (10) Pan Convection Steamer – Cabinet, Descaling Port, Natural Gas

Using brass steam jets to fill its cooking compartments with high-velocity steam, the Cleveland 24CGA10 SteamCraft® Ultra 10 convection steamer can cook 10 full-size cafeteria pans. Its two-compartment layout is stacked, supporting five pans each, and each individual compartment includes its 60-minute electro-mechanical timers and switches for manual operation to personalize different cooking methods. The PowerPak gas steam generator creates the steam with its 7.5-gallon reservoir. To maintain high temperatures for extended periods of time, it’s rear mounted and fully insulated.

The Cleveland 24CGA10 steamer’s doors, cavities, and steam generators have a 14-gauge stainless steel construction that withstands dents and scratches from back-to-back loading and unloading. Each compartment is equipped with a left-hinged door that can be slammed, and its gasket seals the door in place to reduce heat loss. Inside the insulated compartments, easy-to-clean coved corners enable heat to flow freely around products, while the slide racks can be removed to streamline cleaning. Able to be adjusted to as much as 1 inch, the 6-inch stainless steel legs include flanged feet for unlevel surfaces.
