The Hatco C-15 booster heater provides a 40-degree-Fahrenheit rise to 151 gallons-per-hour water supplies or a 70-degree-Fahrenheit rise to 86 gallon-per-hour water supplies. This boost heats water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, eliminating bacteria for sanitizing plates, and the on/off switch provides a fast way to turn off the unit and save energy when not in use. A control determines the maximum temperature, preventing the unit from overheating or using too much electricity, while an indicator light turns on when warming for employee safety. To prevent burnout and overheating, the unit has a low-water cutoff and temperature relief valve.

For durability, the Hatco C-15 compact booster heater has a stainless steel front and hammertone body. The interior is coated in Castone® to resist corrosion and mineral buildup. Fiberglass insulation helps heat stay inside, so it can run efficiently. Its 6-inch legs are adjustable to keep the unit upright, and the front panels swing open for accessibility.
