A specially designed aluminum plate distributes heat from the elements, preventing hot spots from developing and ensuring food is heated evenly and kept at the set temperature. The adjustable thermostat has a range of 120 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. In just 12 minutes, it can preheat to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

When this Nemco 6055A full-size countertop food warmer is operating, a pilot light turns on. With the stainless steel construction, it provides strength for heavy use and simplifies the cleaning process. A 12-inch-by-20-inch full-size pan fits in the opening, but it can also accommodate smaller fractional pans.
