The Nemco 6101A countertop soup warmer has an 11-quart capacity for warming soups, sauces, and gravies, and the well is constructed of heavy-duty, rust-resistant stainless steel, which eases cleaning. Attached to an aluminum heat dissipater plate, the coiled, tubular heating element distributes heat evenly.
