The Nuova Simonelli MYTHOS-PLUS professional coffee grinder is equipped with a 7-pound-capacity hopper made of clear plastic. The dyno tamper presses the grounds tightly and consistently into a portafilter, and to provide a variety of grind types, the unit has a micrometric grinder. Overall, the unit is capable of grinding 18 kilograms of coffee per hour.

The interior of the Nuova Simonelli MYTHOS-PLUS espresso grinder is fitted with 75-millimeter titanium and steel burrs to produce a complete grind that’s fully expelled from the system. The electronic controller operates the grinder; with it, users can select between three dosing volumes, initiate pulse mode, and activate either the manual or automatic mode. Overall, the coffee grinder measures 8 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 25 inches high.
