Vollrath HFM-48 48″ Self Service Countertop Heated Display Case – (3) Shelves, 120v

This Vollrath HRM-48 heated display case is a countertop unit designed to merchandize premade cafe and deli food products while keeping them warm and fresh for customers. The unit is black and features glass panels on all sides; the front and back glass panels are sliding doors for access by kitchen staff and by customers. The doors can be locked after hours to prevent tampering and theft, while the interior is illuminated by LED lights that provide visibility and grab the customer’s attention.

The Vollrath HRM-48 hot food merchandiser works to keep the internal temperature at a set level between 95 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The three adjustable shelves are wired and enable hot air to circulate around contained food, while the central water pan keeps food humid and fresh. This countertop unit measures 48 inches wide by 20 1⁄8 inches deep by 23 3⁄4 inches high.
