The Cleveland 22CCT6 SteamChef™ six-pan convection steamer does not require a water connection because of its manual drain and water fill. Its baffle system redirects airflow for the optimal circulation of steam. The 3-gallon water reservoir rarely needs refills, and to prevent flavor transfer and foaming, the KleanShield™ feature combats water contamination. Water overflow in the cooking compartments is eliminated by the standpipe safety overflow drain.

Cooking times are automatically adjusted by the SureCook load-compensating thermostat—reducing operator guesswork—and during busy hours, the bypass switch provides continuous cooking. This unit effectively reheats product and when cook time is not critical, the low-temperature steam can cook tender product. This steamer can be stacked for additional cooking capacity in the same footprint.

The Cleveland 22CCT6 convection steamer’s two-piece compartment door is self-adjusting, and the gasket is reversible to extend its lifespan. Controls are located on the right, while the door is hinged on the left. This unit is constructed of durable, 14-gauge stainless steel, and it features a safety shutoff and reset at high temperatures that prevents internal damage. It has skid-resistant and adjustable legs. This steamer can be mounted on a countertop or stand, with compact size and small power requirements.
